About Blue Valley Photography

Under the artistic eye of David Cloyd specializing in landscapes and nature photography, Blue Valley Photography was inspired by the Blue Valley of James A. Michener’s novel Centennial. There Lame Beaver of Our People (Arapaho) discovers peace, abundance, beauty and yes even gold, all of equal value. This blue Valley has never been identified but there are many such valleys of heart, mind and soil to be explored. Cameras ready, we can all be accomplished photographers in these realms.

I love the beauty of the natural world that surrounds us. I love to travel by car, to hike in the woods and wilderness, to ski, walk along beaches and be in any place graced by nature. On my website my desire is to capture that beauty in the best light, focus and color. I delight in the success of my own creations and am better rewarded if you enjoy them as well.
